BIOMORPHIC WORKS
Cameron's work is inspired by mysterious, subconscious engagements with the Unknown. His multi-colored and glazed clay ceramic sculptures depict dreamlike figures that go against traditional notions of ceramic sculpture.
He also applies material experimentation of images inspired by Science Fiction characters and movie sets. His works also depict biomorphic forms of the human face and body, which are fashioned by hand without using a potter’s wheel. Cameron is a mixed media artist who also draws, paints and builds clay animation movie sets.
His art is currently exhibited in exclusive venues including Erin Martin Design, St. Helena and Jeff Schlarb Design Studio. San Francisco . He attended art school at the College of Santa Barbara, the Clay Studio in Goleta, Nimbus Arts in Napa Valley and Pottery Studio in San Francisco.
